Report to: Product DirectorResponsibilities:1.Grow and lead profitable sales of Cobalt & Copper incl. Concentrate and refined metal in domain of Greater China/Korea/Taiwan incl.:a. Business negotiations, signing the agreement and sending contract instruction;b. Logistics & settlement coordination between different branch offices.2.Participating in the regional planning & collaborate with sales management team to define regional sales strategy and to develop products solutions responsive to the customer's business, and implement sales plans.3.Pursue identified business prospects, new clients and sales channel development incl. regular visiting of clients & conducting business negotiations.4.Customer relationship maintenance & data base management.5.Marketing analysis for non-ferrous metal where necessary.Skills & Attributes1.Excellent selling and negotiations skills in both Chinese and English2.Business development and rapport building skills3.Ability to understand logistics, settlement of the commodity market4.Be able to apply market intelligence to sales strategy5.Ability to work under pressure and response promptly to customers’ demands.6.Willingness to travel occasionallyRequirements & Qualifications:1.Working knowledge of sales in the non-ferrous metal industry especially hands on experience.2.A minimum 3 years of sales & marketing experience for global, national, or business-to-business.3.Excellent written and verbal communication and well versed with report writing, business presentations.
